Are you ready to buy? Or are you starting to think about buying?  There are lots to prepare. You probably already done quite a research with so much information on net. Here are a few things to note before you get started.

Determine Your Price Range
The best place to start when buying a home is to find out how much house you can afford. If you are serious about buying a property we highly recommend to go through the effort of getting pre-approved for a mortgage; not only will this allow you to focus your home search, but it will also position you as a serious buyer in the eyes of sellers when the time comes to make an offer.

Make A List And Priorities
Imagine your ideal home and neighbourhood. Now make a list of everything you envisioned. Then take that list and break it down from high to low priority. High-priority items are the things that you must have in your new home. Lower-priority items are those that you want which could act as bonus asset, but not necessary must have. Your list can include a variety of things.  Few examples would be: the number of bedrooms, need for a yard, style of home, and access to schools and shopping.

Tour Homes In Person And Online
Some people look at several homes before finding just the right one. And others find “the one” immediately. On the internet, you can search properties that are on sale.  When you’re ready, we can tour homes with you on your schedule and create a personal checklist for each one. If you’re not quite ready to start working with an agent, you can visit open houses and search listings until you come across the right one.
